Well, my place is a nice town, what I don't understand is I'm trying to see if my card has a good service

I want to congratulate Sergio Hernández Hernández for his impeccable patience, I myself would have thrown in the towel and this guy is the king of multitasking, in the time I was there (due to the slowness of my app) he served more than 30 people with complete peace of mind of the world and always wearing a smile. BBVA is my favorite bank and even more so because of advisors like Sergio! If you go to the San Manuel branch, go directly to him, you will feel like a weight has lifted off your shoulders, thank you Sergio, Thank you BBVA!

The ATMs are very good, and I would like to acknowledge all the people who are cleaning and the bank is already closed, they seem to be bank executives and there are times when they solve our problems and guide us, even though they say that it is forbidden for them to help us, but they see our desperation, and help blessed cleaning people. Congratulations

Terrible customer service. I went in and they gave me my turn to go with the executive, and I waited but "friends and family" of the executives arrived and started serving them first, as if those of us who were waiting didn't have other things to do. Terrible, even the director attended to his friend first

I wanted to open a deposit account, I had the requirements indicated on their website. When I arrived and asked who I had to go to to open the account, a lady at the entrance asked me for the printed CURP (it does not come with the requirements on its page and my ID I already had it), to which I asked her please if They could provide it to me there (it was just printing a sheet), categorically refusing. I didn't want credit, I was going to deposit my money in their accounts so that they would lend it to third parties and collect interest on my money without me receiving anything in return (like any deposit account), and it seems that they are doing you a favor. In the end I went to Banamex and they took it away without problems. I don't want to have anything to do with this bank, they treat you badly and act as if they have no competition. (P.S. Banamex has better mortgage loans.)
